4/1, 4/8, 4/15, 4/22, 4/29/19 Homeschoolers Art Class 11am-12pm at the Bonifas. An engaging and lively weekly class with art center art curriculum for homeschoolers ages K-8. $45 for the series runs weekly on Mondays through May 8. www.bonifasarts.org
4/4, 4/11, 4/18, 4/25/19 Toddler Art and Music at the Bonifas Thursdays, 9:30am-10:15am Ages: mobile to 3yrs and their caregivers with instructor Lorne Watson. Combines fun and learning to nurture imagination, problem solving and motor skills. $5 per session. Walk-ins welcome. www.bonifasarts.org
4/4 & 4/18/19 Kinder-Light Play Group 10:30-11:30am on the 1st & 3rd Thursday every month through May 10th in the Y gym. This play group is for families of little ones ages 0-5years to play and socialize with others. FREE to Members /$10 General Public Family. www.nlymca.com

4/6 & 5/4/19 Happy Tails Story Time 10:30am -11:15am at the Delta Animal Shelter meets on the 1st Saturday of the month for kids ages 3-5 years old. Features animal related stories, activities and an opportunity to meet some animal guests. www.deltaanimal.org
4/6/19 Community Wide Easter Egg Hunt 9am-10am at the Delta Plaza Mall. Kids from 0-5th grade enjoy egg decorating, 4 egg hunting areas (ages 3 and under, 4-6, 7-8, 9-10), balloon animals, pictures with live bunnies and more. Find the prize eggs! Every child has the opportunity to search through thousands of eggs to get their LUCKY 12!
Bring 1 can good item or $1 p/child to help local families (not required). All proceeds are being donated to our local Salvation Army Food Pantry.
4/6/19 Sibshop 11am-2pm at Bowl-a-Rama. Special kick off for teens ages 13-19 years old plus our regular Sibshop crew. Sibshops are recreational workshops providing support and friendship for children ages 7-13 years old who have a brother or sister with special needs. 4/6/19 You Are Not Alone: A Conversation to Prevent Suicide 11am-2pm Bay College’s Besse Theater. Free and open to the public. A community awareness event featuring community groups with important information, services, and resources on suicide prevention. Keynote speaker, Jeff Olson shares his personal story and a documentary about his son, “Do it for Daniel,” will be presented at 12pm EST. Doors open at 11am with refreshments served. 4/12-4/20/19 Disney’s Beauty and the Beast 7:30pm at Robert Forest Theater in Marquette. 1pm “Theater for all”/special needs matinee 4/13 and regular 1pm matinee on 4/20/19. A classic based on the 1991 Disney movie which dates back to a late 18th-century classic French fairy tale. This year promotes physical and social-emotional health; everything that helps to create happy, healthy kids.
