Nurturing Families

An evidence-based program for those who care for children from birth to teens. Understand nurturing, handling stress and anger, child development, brain development, discipline, and how to build self-esteem and self-worth.
Stress Less with Mindfulness

Reduce stress and learn new ways to handle thoughts, emotions, physical sensations and events. Teaches the use of self-care skills to help one feel better and enjoy life more.
Location: M-Tec Bldg. 2000 N 30th St, Escanaba , MI
Cost: $25 each series. Open to teens, parents, grandparents, childcare providers or anyone looking to develop these essential skills.
