RELAX: Alternatives to Anger
Five Wednesdays May 1-29, 2019 12pm-1:30pm

Understand and manage anger and stress, develop communication and problem solving skills needed for healthy relationships. Learn how calm and de-stress. Learn how to forgive and let go of the past.

Nurturing Families
Five Wednesdays May 1-29, 2019 3pm-4:30pm
An evidence-based program for those who care for children from birth to teens. Understand nurturing, handling stress and anger, child development, brain development, discipline, and how to build self-esteem and self-worth.

Stress Less with Mindfulness
Five Wednesdays May 1-29, 2019 5:30pm-7pm
Reduce stress and learn new ways to handle thoughts, emotions, physical sensations and events. Teaches the use of self-care skills to help one feel better and enjoy life more.

Location: M-Tec Bldg. 2000 N 30th St, Escanaba , MI

Cost: $25 each series. Open to teens, parents, grandparents, childcare providers or anyone looking to develop these essential skills.
